Dünya Bankası Kredileriyle Destekli Tarım Projelerinin Türk Tarımına Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Türkiye ekonomisinde önemli bir yere sahip olan tarım sektörü ve sektörde yapılması gerekenlerle 1980 sonrası Dünya Bankası kredileri ve bu krediler çerçevesinde uygulanan tarım projeleri incelenmiştir.Bu tez dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümünde, Türkiye'de tarım sektörünün önemi, Cumhuriyetten önce tarım ve Cumhuriyetten sonraki tarımın durumu incelenmiş. Tarım sektörünün Türkiye ekonomisindeki yeri ve önemi konusuna değinilmiştir.İkinci bölümünde, Türkiye'de uygulanan tarım destekleme politikaları incelenmiş ve tarım sektörünün durumuna değinilmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde, Dünya bankası hakkında bilgi verilmiş, Dünya Bankası kredi türleri incelenmiştir. Dünya Bankasının, IMF ve Türkiye ile olan ilişkisi irdelenmiştir.Son bölümde, Dünya Bankası kredilerinin genel etkileri ile Türkiye'de olan etkileri incelenmiştir. Tarım sektörünün Türkiye'deki sorunları ve bu sorunlara sunulan çözüm önerileri araştırılmıştır.Bu çalışmada, Dünya Bankası kredileri çerçevesinde uygulanan tarım projeleri sonucu, tarıma verilen desteğin azaldığı ve tarım sektörünün ihmal edildiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. In this research, agricultural sector, very important for Turkish economy, has been examined in terms of given World Bank loans and implemented projects.This thesis consists of four chapters.In the first chapter, the importance of the agriculture sector in Turkey, agriculture before republic and agriculture after republic analyzed. The Importance of agricultural sector and the place of agricuture in the Turkey's economy is mentioned in the topic.İn the second chapter, supported and implemented agricultural policies in Turkey are examined and the state of the agricultural sector discussed.İn the third chapter, information about the world bank provided, types of the World Bank loans are examined. Relationship of the World Bank with IMF and Turkey were discussed.İn the last chapter, the overall impact of World Bank loans in Turkey are investigated. Problems in the Turkish agricultural sector and solutions to these problems are investigated.İn this reasearch, as a result of this implemented agricultural projects within the framework of World Bank loans decreased the given support for agricultural sector. Therefore, it has been reached the conclusion that the agricultural sector has been neglected.
