We are a department that has been active for 22 years with the goal to determine the structural changes in economy and the problems of general business administration, to develop problem solving skills and to devise modelling techniques that fit our aims. Among our cornerstones are to graduate more students into administrative positions of our institutions, to help them realize their inner potential to be go-getters, to prepare them for the entrance exams for high-tier, well-respected public positions, and to help them participate graduate and doctorate degree programs at ease, nationally or internationally. In this regard, our course curriculum is constantly subject to updates. In addition, we do all in our power to graduate students that stand out, with double-major program opportunities. We make an effort to aid our students in kick-starting their professional life after completing a period of one semester at Private - Public institutions within the framework of our Cooperative Education Program.

Abstract

Bu çalışma, kalite yönetim sistemlerinin çalışanların iş tatmini üzerine etkilerini ortaya koymak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, Ankara ilinde biri devlet diğeri özel olmak üzere iki okulda anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Bu okullarda görev yapan toplam 211 öğretmen ve yöneticiye kalite algısı ve iş tatmin düzeylerini ölçmeye yönelik soruların bulunduğu anket formu dağıtılmıştır. Toplam 25 sorudan oluşan anket çalışması sonrasında elde edilen veriler SPSS 24 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada güvenilirlik analizi, bağımsız örneklem T-testi, Anova analizi yapılmıştır. Katılımcıların cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim durumu, mesleki kıdem, görev gibi demografik sorulara verdiği yanıtlardan iki okul arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı görülmüştür. This study was prepared to show the effects of quality management systems on the job satisfaction of employees. For this purpose, a questionnaire study was conducted in two scholls, one is state school and the other is private school. A total of 211 teachers and administrators working in these schools were distributed a questionnaire to measure the quality perception and job satisfaction levels. Data obtained after a questionnaire study consisting of 25 questions in total was analyzed with SPSS 24 program. Reliability analysis, independent samples t test, one-way anova analysis, correlation analysis were done in this study. It's understood that there was no significant difference in respondents responses to demographic questions such as gender, age, educational status, occupational seniority and duties.
