Article Üniversite Öğrencilerinin Sağlıklı Yaşam Biçimi Davranışları Profili(2023) Gençbaş, Dercan; Gençbaş, Dercan; Terzioğlu, Füsun; Terzioğlu, Füsun; Akdeniz, Canberk; Akdeniz, Canberk; Özden, Esra; Özden, Esra; Çil, Cansu; Çil, Cansu; Eskioğlu, Serkan; Gençbaş, Dercan; Terzioğlu, Füsun; Akdeniz, Canberk; Özden, Esra; Çil, Cansu; Nursing; NursingÜniversite öğrencilerinin sağlıklı yaşam biçimi davranışları, stresle baş etme durumları, sosyal medya bağımlılıkları, gizli kronik hastalıklara özgü sağlık bulgularını belirlemek amacıyla bu çalışma, Ankara’da bir vakıf üniversitesinde 156 üniversite öğrencisi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama araçları olarak, Sağlık Bulguları Formu, Sağlıklı Yaşam Biçimi Davranışları Ölçeği-II, Stresle Başa Çıkma Tarzları Ölçeği ve Sosyal Medya Bağımlılığı Ölçeği-Öğrenci Formu kullanılmıştır. Gençlerin SYBDÖ-II toplam puanları 129,92±20,87, SBÇTÖ toplam puanı 51,53±6,28 ve SMBÖ-ÖF toplam puanı 66,77±17,03 olarak saptanmıştır. Gençler, SYBDÖ-II alt boyutlarından en yüksek puanı “manevi gelişim”, en düşük puanı ise “fiziksel aktivite” alt boyutundan almışlardır. Yeterli-dengeli beslenme ve düzenli fiziksel aktivite davranışları kapsamında 135, bağımlılık davranışları kapsamında 61, üreme sağlığı davranışları kapsamında 54 ve stres yönetimi davranışları kapsamında 121 öğrencinin riskli sağlık davranışlarına sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada elde edilen bu bulgulara göre gençlerde sağlık açısından riskli bulunan fiziksel aktivite yetersizliği, sağlıksız beslenme ve etkisiz stres yönetimi konularında eğitim ve danışmanlıkların verilmesi gereğini ortaya koymaktadır.Article Evaluation of the Relationship between University Students’ Attitudes to Dating Violence, Gender Attitudes, Self-Esteem and Personality Traits(2024) Akdeniz, Canberk; Yeşilfidan, Cansu; Gençbaş, Dercan; Türk, Rukiye; Terzioğlu, Füsun; Özden, EsraAim: In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the relationship between the dating violence attitudes, gender attitudes, self-esteem and personality traits of university students in two different regions of Türkiye. Methods: The study design is a cross-sectional comparative. This cross-sectional comparative study consisted of 2500 university students at two universities and data were collected by a Data Collection Form, the Dating-Violence Attitude Scale, the Gender-Roles Attitude Scale, Inventory the Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale and The Five-Factor Personality. The study was conducted between October 2018 and January 2019. Results: Female students in both universities showed a more positive attitude towards dating-violence (p<0.001), gender-roles (p<0.001) scored higher in self-esteem (p=0.034) than males. Whereas females were found to be more extraverted, compatible, harmonious, responsible (p<0.05), openness personality subscale scores yielded no significant difference. Conclusion: It is vital to evaluate dating violence attitudes with mentioned variables and to organize awareness initiations to forestall dating violence in youth.
